Unable to appeal on flagged FB accounts facing problems in all accounts.

That's bug Facebook currently is having, happening to a lot of us.
Wait until it gets fixed on Facebook side or contact Facebook Live Support for your account to get appealed by them manually.

Just go to the link below, click get started, then select chat. I've done this these past two or three weeks and they told me that it was incorrectly disabled. Most of the time, they fix it in a few hours, but the worst was 7 days. Lol.
