You will get a Facebook payment method declined error if you use ANY Bank's virtual Visa card. There is no other way, you have to go to the line to register for a Debit or Credit card. Card number, expiration date, 3 security digits... These are often incorrect information that causes Facebook to refuse Visa cards.

you have been kept money by facebook first, that is, to what threshold of payment, fb will keep more money of that threshold, after 15-30 days, fb will refund the card, but it depends, sometimes 2-3 months refund, if the account is dead, it is unlikely that you will get it back.

Maybe the top of that card or bank is banned by fb, you need to make another bank's card (There is always money in the card)

Make sure the virtual card hasn't already been linked to a different account. That aside, it might be because the virtual card provider might be flagged by Meta. You'll want to stick with the more well known ones where you can. Hope that helps.

First, you need some balance to be on your card, usually FB needs $1 or so for the card to be linked
Then, check your card's BIN, as in case some BIN is associated with any kind of fraudulent activity, you won't be able to use it on FB no matter that the card itself is brand new

this thing is really common these days sir. try adding credit card instead of debit / VCC else go for wise VCC they work like charm for me..
