UK VAT and Google Adsense Confusion

Hi people.

I live in the UK and am about to hit my VAT turnover threshold. This means I will have to register for VAT.

Some of my income comes from Google Adsense. I have looked at the VAT rules for Adsense income and none of it counts for VAT.

I will still have to be registered but will not be charged any VAT by Google.

So far no issues, BUT my worry is that I am earning the income from more than one adsense account.

According to some sources I have to add my VAT number to my Google Adsense accounts.

But if I do this Google will know I have more than one account and I will probably get banned (assuming they cross check).

Is anyone in here running Google Adsense (one or more accounts) while being UK registered for VAT?

If so, are you sending invoices to adsense and do you know if I have to add my VAT number to my adsense accounts?
