Hey I have two questions regarding CPA:

1. How does the average email submit convert? So for example for every 100 people how many on an average basis convert?

2. What converts better? Direct linking the CPA offer, or a content locker?

Depends on your traffic
if you send horny people for completing giftcards offer none will convert.

On the other extreme, if you are promoting a Target Gift Card offer and every one of your visitors coming to your page are looking for a target gift card, your conversions will be very good.

Also, what would convert better in my case? I am promoting a free guide I made so is it better to direct link the CPA offer and tell them its a free gift for visiting the page, or content lock it?
