    Hello,

Yesterday i recieved a Password Reset on one of my PVA Accounts on Twitter.
Usually a Password Reset would be like this:

    1. I log into the account
    2. I get to this page http://prntscr.com/f3h2m4
    3. I click on Start and fill out my password.
    4. Done.

Yesterday one of my accounts recieved a password reset but when i wanna click on "Start" at Nr 3. i always get redirected here: http://prntscr.com/f3h31x

When i click on the "Reset my Password" button i get redirected here (http://prntscr.com/f3h36v), type in my username/eMail , click on search and get redirected back to this http://prntscr.com/f3h31x

The "type in your username and we'll do our best to help" is probably not gonna help me at all, because that's just a form-fill-out for the support. Now today i woke up with 3 Accounts having that Password Reset and the same issue!

Is someone having the same problems?

EDIT: Recieved an eMail from Twitter, but it didn't help me at all. The link they provided me, doesn't work at all because when i enter my username again i still get redirected to this "How can we help" Site...

did you link your accounts with mobile number..

usually twitter will call you and give you verification code to input before you can reset your password..
i have 50 accounts. 10 accounts per mobile number and i tell you they always bug me, a simple as aggressive following they lock your account..

sorry don'y have the same issue..

    mine is

    1. I log into the account
    2. click start
    3. twitter will call your mobile for login verification code
    4 input your code
    5. reset your password
    6. Done.

I got 1 account with similar issue today. I tried to login the yahoo email associate with that twitter account but failed. so I think maybe this is one of the reasons behind. just my 2 cents.

It's mixed, the Password change doesn't require a phone verification with it i think, you would just have to type in the number in the field and reset the password.
    Ty for your answer tho.

I am using mail.com with these Twitter Accs, i don't think the mail provider is the reason.

I am not saying the mail provider, but some of the email accounts which have issues on their own. Twitter tend to send their updates to account emails regularly, when it cannot reach that email, it will always have a notification alert popped up.

It depends on what you connect your Twitter accounts with. If you're spamming a lot - it's just typical.
If you're using personal account with some kind of bot and you see that message make sure that your delays are input correctly. Most likely it happens when you use a tool that uses Twitter API directly. :)

The Accounts only had 1 Post. I bought these accs and i think they were created through the Twitter Mobile API without an eMail adress. I removed the Mobile Phone numbers of the twitter accounts before they got this Password reset. You think that's the reason?

    Yup.
As far as I have personally experienced all "fresh" accounts with just few tweets, no followers and no "legit" activity are handled by the spamfilter.
