But many sites get away with it for years before DMCA takedowns. (nowadays competition reports you too!)
Nomatter how nice looking your site will make NO money without it:
1. Ranking 1st page for movies or
2. 1st page for TV streams.
With that said, you will have to SEO it and either Spam your link everywhere like they all do. Or spend for advertisement.
Monetizing will be difficult without a steady streamof traffic. we're talking at l least 50,000 views a day just to make 100 - 200 bucks a month.
I run a few streaming websites. Personally,I would stay FAR AWAY from sites that offer to sell a streaming site. Make your own. If you don't know how then go learn or do something YOU DO KNOW HOW to do.

I think the question was are we Legit not Legal anyone running a streaming website knows about legality. And yes you are right ranking and traffic are keyfactors in making money with any site.

Hey dude, no offense but according to me you literally suck at making money from streaming Websites.
Half of the crap you have told is total bullshit. Why? Because it's your own personal experience and may be you failed to get some minetizable traffic.
