I understand that some of the users here on BHW use Tumblr to reach out to an audience and monetize off of them. Currently, I run a few Tumblr pages all with a custom/paid domain.
Something I've recently tried is making my entire body/background on my Tumblr page a clickable area. That means, if someone were to visit my Tumblr page and click ANYWHERE that isn't a picture, even in texts, they would get redirected to my affiliate link.
Since I've made that small change in my Tumblrs' theme with a little HTML editing, I've gained more clicks everyday.
More clicks/views = higher rates of sales conversion, theoretically speaking.
