Hey all,


I need a tool to find low competive keywords/phrases with a small amount of competition.

I know there are some services around to check on that but i am sure they use a service or tool also.

And yeah. I know MS but i need something faster and clearer :D

I currently have tool that recursively scrapes Google keyword tool for tens of thousands of keywords from a root keyword. It then checks each keyword for backlinks, domain name available, PR, and domain age of top3 spots in Serps.

I'm thinking about just generating lists of 11k microniche keywords and selling them for $20 in BST here. Basically you will get 11k keywords that have 1000+ exact searches a month, >$1 adsense CPC, and less than 100 average backlinks for top3 competitors in SERPs. Dunno, would that be useful to you?

Would you be able to connect it somehow to a registrar and see if that exact keyword can be reg'd?

I would be interested in purchasing a TOOL like that. Not just a list.

Erm, hell yeah!
 
MS and MNF together are pretty powerful.

And, you're only going to get estimations. The real juicy data, or how many sales are actually made, are contained in each sites private data, and you will never get that data. So, these tools do a good job at getting as close as possible.
 
I spend a lot of time trying to figure out what would be a good niche. Trying to get the right product to the right people at the right time. And, finance it to them.

One product that would sell good right now is "money making business opportunities". There are so many people that are unemployed or working a job that they feel they are underpaid. I can't believe how many people I see offering to wash my car, clean my house, cut my grass, etc. It shows how people have been humbled and are hungry.
I know a few people that bought into a janitorial franchise, and they aren't making anything yet.
 
I think setting up internet businesses for people would be a good niche. The type of website that would allow the buyer to pay a monthly fee for the site. The buyer would provide some type of service that is not offered in their area.
