Tips on YouTube channel

I have a fortnite highlight channel were I reupload fortnite moments and have uploaded 39 videos all together but only have 420 views all together. What would be the best way to promote my channel.I already tried reddit but only had 1 video get 300 views and have a Instagram with 280 followers.
 
Advertise on BHW
Don't play fortnite...

Also, do you have VidIQ/tubebuddy plugin installed?
check for keywords that you can target.
'Best moments fortnite week 22' or something like that..
 
buy youtube ads for subscriptions, then stop, should help give you a organic traffic push
 
Do a thorough research on top ranking videos or videos with maximum views in the niche. You will find a way.

As everyone has told you, playing fortnite to climb isn't an option. Since everyone on YouTube is doing more of the same.

I suggest you start at the bottom loading blogs or something similar, if what you like are games, try something new so that your content receives more attention.

You need to work on thumbnails and titles a lot since click through rate is a very strong signal.
The fastest way i could think of is commenting on other fortnite videos which are slightly more popular than yours without spaming if you want to go the completely WH route.

Yeah my thumbnails are good but will try commenting
 
Fortnite is very saturated niche right now, without buying subs, HR Views, or having a friend with 1 milion subs it's not worth to do it.

You're too late, think about doing the same thing fortnite channel did but with BO4
 
Make clickbait titles. Girl streamers work really well for this
