what if white page will be info about some crypto scams and how to avoid them and there also will be info about legit alternatives ( well known crypto websites )

I have some questions if I may ask:
1. Should the privacy policy text be inside the W page? Or should be a link in the footer (like you see on all websites) ?
2. Is it ok to redirect customers to a shopify store ? Grey hat product.. I run FB ads for it at this time, but TikTok keeps banning me. Fb is expensive.. TikTok gave me great CPA and CPM until ban.
3. What’s your opinion on cloaking house? Found them on some threads here and tested them by my own, but I don’t know if it will block the TT bots. The price seems to good to be real.
