I hope so, the beginning is hard for me because I have never used Instagram til its fullest I know how to grow followers BUT I heard and feel that photography on Instagram it’s much harder...
I find out that the hashtags is much more difficult with photography here in Sweden because same words in Swedish are the same in different languages
About the monetization, I plan to not worry about this until I get some thousands of followers then start getting sponsors and starting my own photograph studio but we are speaking for like 1-2-3 years from now, everything depends on the followers and how fast I grow them...

I will download apps for some days who followed me back and unfollow people who doesn’t follow me...
I will follow 5-7 people now every 1-2 hours

My strategy right know is to comment on people’s photos, liking people’s comments and write to some of them. Follow people and waiting for 1-2 days so they can follow me back..
I will wait until tomorrow or Thursday to unfollow people how not following me back, and then start to commenting on people who follow me so they sees that I am active in theirs account and recognizes me more. I THINK that this would be great because of 2 things, 1. Say that I comment on person A’s account every time they upload, they will see me and have much more percentage to comment and like back on my photos 2. Person A’s followers will notice me more often and want to see my account (if they haven’t already) and it will increase my chance of getting followers from them.

I wouldn't listen to what people say on Youtube, most of the things they say is outdated now and they usually say the same thing over and over again.
I wouldn't block bots, let them do their things. They will eventually unfollow you if you don't follow them back. But they still give you likes, which is still engagement. If you really want to target Swedish people only, use location instead of hashtags and like and post genuine comments on the most recent posts you see. Do that for 50 to 100 hundreds posts every day and you'll start to see results. If you run a theme page, people will probably follow you and interact more. Be sure to always respond to their comments and DMs so they keep engaging. And try to ask questions in your captions and put some calls to action so they tag their friends. They will most likely be from Sweden too. Go to their profiles and like their pictures and post genuine comments. Repeat the process and see how it goes.
A good call to action for a post about a beautiful place to travel would be "Who would you want to go there with you?". You get the idea.

today I am only commenting to say 9-10 people, but I am scared to get blocked so I cant follow/like/comment for 24-48h or getting a shadowban.. I know that I need to spred it out through the day (the comments, likes, following)
Today there isn't any changes around the followers/following but will work on it then I done some things at home and before gym session and after as well.

From my last post here I gained 2 followers so I am at 16 followers now.. I don’t know if I do anything wrong but it’s seams that it’s going slow I don’t say that I want 200 followers over 3-4h there must be something I am doing wrong. I will look around tonight, how I can optimize my caption on posts, how to find good activ hashtags and start past them more often, I will follow a schedule by ascend viral about following,liking and so on... my new goal is to hit 500 followers before 25th of April
