I have played nice on YouTube for months now and have I only got around 300 views per video organically (6 vids). I understand actual SEO really well (since 07) & learned YT SEO; tried all the whitehat stuff, still only 50 subs.
Content is at least decent from a few indicators: I ran a boosted vid on adsense & it had 25% CTR. I also have had bigger channels reach out and ask me to film with them. High engagement on the videos as well.
I Understand how to manually perfect something, then automate it. I figured out how to find and interact with targeted people on YT; I would get 10 subs from engaging with about 15 or so in a small aglo I figured out. I tried automating it with Jarvee (1 day), but it didn't have all the options I needed. I only got about 2 subs out of 50 engagements. Also swear it shadowbanned me for weeks in some ways from analyzing my analytics.
The only other options I really know of are buying high retention views from an unknown (heard panels are trying to figure out new algo anyway), or posting the videos on forums. The last one seems like a great way to get some passionate haters from somewhere like reddit. I interact with related accounts and have landed top comments sometimes, but it still only nets me 5-10 subs.
The videos take about 30 hours to make with filming, transcoding, editing, coloring etc. so it is fairly frustrating. If anyone has grown a channel to a respectable amount through whitehat or blackhat (not banned still), please help me out by commenting or sending a PM. I would really appreciate it. I figured out IG pretty fast, but YouTube is kicking my butt.
