Vaping is great. Do it for a month to get the nicotene hit and just slowly stop using it (way easier to kick than cigarettes)

Try and remove yourself from the habitual situations where you normally smoke if possible.

Realize your time is limited on earth, take a walk to a cemetery or hospital and have a look at death and sick people. Realize that every time you smoke you are planting a cancer seed in you and you are far better than puffing on a bunch of chemicals. When your eyes close for death you will regret smoking, so quit it now. Goodluck.

If that is your attitude, you sound very addicted and ultimately if death doesn't scare you i would say you're highly addicted. This is a poor excuse sir. Everyone wants money but why don't you think of your health as wealth? How many cigarettes do you smoke per day? Sorry for your loss RIP.

Man, I have a funny experience. I was a smoker, not addicted type. I smoked just to savour the experience. My smoking was kind of fake but I still kept smoking especially with colleagues. Then a funny thing happened. One day my GF told to swear on her that I would never smoke again. I had no choice. I swore on her. From that da onwards never touched the cancer stick again. Today I don't even have the urge to smoke. My situation was entirely a cultural thing. I don't know about yours.

Vape is banned in most countries because of smoking companies are filthy powerful and rich. However, it is very popular in these countries and you can easily buy it.

I have been smoking (shisha) for+10 years. I tried to quit many times without any success. Vape for me is the best invention in the last 100 years, maybe after the pc and the internet to be honest.

First, it gives you the nicotine you need. Second, which is the most important, it covers the urge of habit of inhaling and exhaling. Many don't know habits are really hard to leave, but can easily changed. Third, it doesn't have ANY major effect on your health.

I wouldn't advice someone who isn't smoking to vape, but turning from smoking to vaping is no brainer. Just youtube Vaping vs Smoking and see the experiments. More over, I read many paper and researches.

Finally, after vaping for few months, you will lower yiur nicotine till you quit vaping out of boredom. Once you get used to very low nicotine levels, you will lose the urge. If you feel you need to vape all the time, then you need to increase ur liquid nicotine. Abd have a suitable build similar to your smoking style.

Anyway, Vaping is a significant solution that has helped hundreds of thousands if not millions of people to quit...

Sadly my country here ban it. If got I surely back to vape. I used to try before , ok , but kinda i vape more , perhaps is easy , just suck and blow anything

also don't have that nasty smell . Depend the liquid some does have a bit of it smell but still not nasty than cigrattee.

BUT iornic i have seem some smokers smoke both , some claim vaping don't make them quit to get a REAL cigarettess to smoke.

is like they intake from both side but of course one thing is money , as they vape also , thus they also will not take freq sticks of real cigarettes.

I have never smoke or drink.
but I can say with confident that meditation and some easy yoga, pranamyama can help you to overcome any type of addiction.

thousands of people had overcome addiction using meditation.
and it does not have any side effects, rather than it will boost your mind, intelligence, body, productivity and many more.

in fact meditation is biggest addiction then any other addiction and it have great benefits.

As far as I can understand, you've got a habit to take breaks in the middle of work and cigarette seems to be the excuse for those breaks. Taking breaks is natural but your excuse isn't. You can help yourself in this regard only if you really want to avoid. We can provide hundreds of suggestions here but it won't work if you don't wanna quit. Slowly lower the number of cigarettes you take a day and stick to one per day until you find yourself able to quit. It is easy to give up on a cancer stick a day as compared to a pack a day. Also, stop buying packs, buy one stick only when you couldn't resist, this will help you to recall that you need to avoid smoking.

It depends on how serious is your addiction. It helps, if you have the flu and can't smoke for a few days. From there it's up to you, which way you go. One of my buddies quit like that not too long ago. The girlfriend of one of my best friends quit, because my friend told her, that he won't ever kiss her, if she keeps smoking. lol

I didn't quit, but i often go a month without smoking any, just to smoke a pack per day for multiple days in a row usually when there's a festival.

I use the Vaporesso Tarot Mini. I was using 18mg flavoured vape oil when I started which is actually harsher than a cigarette. I dropped down to 12mg after 2 weeks and eventually 6mg. Now I hardly vape at all, I substitute it with working out at the gym.
