Just came across a post that went viral but its tagged to an account with 1 billion followers. The post has over 100k reactions so can this be legit? The one who posted only has 40k followers

Can someone explain to me whats going on here?

The post went viral in the "suggested for you" feed and the account doesn't have 1 million followers. If you look closely the 1 million thing is posted as a job listing

The site claims to be UK based, it's gmb map listings show they're based in California and it appears to be run by a bunch of Nigerians or something. What do you think.
