I say whatever the theme sets are, it should be subtle, clear, attractive and easy to customize. In addition, it must be able to customize with requred elements niche to the topic, images speak more and attract more the viewers.

You can try thrive theme and thrive content builder. Or with Visual composer and their starter theme. I believe you can copy almost website with that combo.
