Theme and monetization with Adsense

I am new to the forum, I was reading for some time and I saw that there are very interesting topics.

I write this post to ask the following:

I found two websites that monetize with Adsense,
- onlinefreecourse.net
- themehits.com

None of them offer real downloads, only show the download button, (after a certain wait) but the link is broken.

My question is, if someone knows where you can download that template with everything ready to use.


The template it uses is: publisher-child
And the plugins that use both websites are the same, I used wpscan to know which ones they use.

In addition to this, different publishers publish them on each website.
