Day 52 - 17.8.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Preparation of the products for site #6. // 50% done | ongoing task until the end of the month

3) Check the cracked version setup. // done | there are some limitations, but I can bypass them, so new funnels can be built for free.
4) Check if the problem is in the VCC used for backup account #1. // to do tomorrow | support is useless so far
5) Add one more warm up campaign for backup account #2. // to do tomorrow

Priority tasks now:

1) Uploading the content for sites #7 to #10.
2) Account registrations
3) Launch the new campaigns on TS2 the incoming week with a backup account #2. I will leave it warming up for the next 4-5 days and get about 20-30 EUR in ad spend.

Day 53 - 18.8.2023

I got backup account #1 reactivated, however I am using backup account #2 right now, so I will use account #1 if/when needed. The warm up campaign is running fine for now. I might create few more warm up campaigns tomorrow.

On TS1, sites #4 and #5 have a total ad spend per day at around 90-100 EUR, but they are running at a small loss (1st to 17th August -55 EUR loss total), so the goal is to be at breakeven at the end of the month. If that happens it will be very good. The auto rules will pause all the non-profitable campaigns.

Today I worked on site #7 and about 50% of the work is done. I saw some problems with the WP theme being outdated, so I had to buy the newest cracked version and update all plugins as well. After I am ready with this site, I will test if everything works fine and then will continue with the others.

Tomorrow I will work until early afternoon and will continue on Sunday.

Day 54 - 20.8.2023

Woke up late with a headache today, but I'm better now. Will take another day off tomorrow and will continue on Wednesday.

Day 55 - 23.8.2023

Today didn't go as planned and tomorrow I will have some offline work as well. Will be back on schedule in 1-2 days.

2) Fix an urgent issue with one of the bots.

Day 56 - 24.8.2023

Planned tasks:

1) Offline work. // 50% done | Will finish it until the end of the week.
2) Starting campaigns on TS2 for the new test project. // done | I am having some problems with an ad getting rejected, so I hope that this will get resolved asap.
3) Posting additional products for site #6. // 50% done | One more batch left and that will be it for site #6 for now.

If I don't have offline work to do tomorrow, I will finish site #7. With the new traffic source, everything is in the early stages, so I can't comment anything for now.

Will do an earnings update for this month in the beginning of September.

Day 57 - 26.8.2023

Yesterday I was busy with some offline work but I finished it all. Here is what I did today.



Planned tasks:

1) Setup of site #7. // 90% done || all the content is uploaded, but some additional configurations are needed.
2) Posting additional products for site #6. // 70% done
3) Monitor and configurations of the new ad account for TS2. // ongoing | There are some problems with the ads constantly getting rejected/approved/rejected, so I will have to fix this first. Traffic quality by what I see so far in hotjar is total shit for now... but I have some ideas on what should be improved.

Either way though my expectations for the new traffic source are not very big and September will be a month for learning some new stuff. Based on what is achieved or not achieved, I will consult with more experienced guys than me in October.

I will continue as planned until then. Priority task now is to completely finish site #7, so that sites #8 to #10 are updated faster, because the template used for the last 4 sites is the same.

Day 58 - 28.8.2023

Yesterday I didn't work. Today I worked on setting up site #7, however some plugins were not compatible and I had to find a replacement. That took some time, but I am almost ready. For the next sites I will do things faster.

As for the tests with the new traffic source: So far it's not going as planned, but I think that I found what is the reason. Either way though, I will have to develop a method for quick testing and I will take a quick course as well. I am reading and testing everything that makes sense.

The first goal until the end of October is to have the new 4 sites up and running and have them filled in with products for promotion. My goal is consistent 5k+ EUR/mo profit. Once this is achieved, I will be able to scale up.

I will continue account farming accounts after site #7 is ready, because the setup for it can be easily duplicated for the other sites and I will have more free time.

Day 59 - 29.8.2023

Site #7 is ready. I am not very happy with the loading speed though. Yesterday it was under 1 sec, but now since I configured lots of plugins it's slower and I have to see where is the problem and fix it.

I will do that tomorrow until afternoon. After that I will have to travel.

After I am ready with site #7 I will add the initial warm up campaigns for it and then will move to the next site.

As for the new traffic source. I am putting it on pause. Will do more tests the next week for it.

Day 60 - 31.8.2023

In the next three days I will work after 5:30 P.M, because of some offline work, however I will still update on what is done for the day.

Today I finished optimizing the speed of the site. Did lots of tests and had to turn off some plugins which are not that important. For sites #8 to #10 I will just export and import the settings, so definitely lots of time will be saved. I am still behind schedule though. The configuration took longer than expected because of some theme settings issues.

A new batch of products was scheduled for site #2. There will be a total of 10 more batches for that site. Tomorrow I have to install the scraper and configure it on the remote PC my VA is using. He already knows how to use the scraper, however I will again record a small demo video showing on practice what he has to do.

Regarding the new sites I worked on: site #4 is with a very small profit (around 50 EUR, but there are other expenses, so it will get lower) for this month and site #5 is at a small loss (around -110 EUR, however that will increase when I add other expenses). Overall I am at almost breakeven with about 1.8k EUR in ad spend this month for sites #4 and #5 which was the initial goal for the first 1-2 months. The performance for sites #4 and #5 should start to improve from mid September onwards.

Sites #1, #2, #3 and #6 are doing better. Will do an update for all sites on Monday.

After I am ready with site #7 and the initial warm up campaigns are started I will move to the next site. There are 30-60 minutes of additional work left for it though such as configuring analytics, tags, custom conversions, custom tracking, etc.

Quick update: It turned out that the offline work is much more these days (about 14 hrs) per day, so I couldn't update here. Will be back on Monday.

Hello again,
here is how things are going.

Good news:

For the first traffic source I have launched the first ad for site #7 today. It is approved, but there are no impressions and clicks so far which should be due to being hold for a review.

I have 7 more warm up campaigns for the money site to be launched and then will introduce the main products. This is to slowly warm up everything. After this stage auto rules and scripts will be added to the account for automation.

Tomorrow I will start working on the next site.

Bad news:

- I have two accounts pending reactivation for sites #9 and #10, so if I don't get them reactivated within 1-2 weeks, I will use other accounts, but they should be prepared in the same way and it will take some time. Luckily for the site I will start working on tomorrow, I already have a good warmed up account.

- Since I am new to TS2, I got my account banned, but this was due to being aggresive with ad copy, creatives, landing page, etc. I saw that account performance was getting worse and worse, so because the chance for a ban was very high, I decided to test few more things and conclude the results from the test which finally got the account banned. Either way though, I learned some important stuff and I also took a quick online course. I decided to do what the competition is doing and improve on it which I did, however a totally different approach is needed. Found few guys who are doing it smarter and will do something similar most likely.

To speed up the process I have one consultation booked with a more experienced guy for the next week and also I have one more guy I will call for a consultation this week as well to shorten the learning curve apart from testing on my own.

Other notes:

Working fast is of great importance, so even though I am very experienced with the first traffic source, I won't put too much focus on the details for sites #11 onwards, otherwise I won't get where I want to be with this project as a whole. It definitely has potential, but it should be done faster.

Testing for new traffic sources and ideas should be done in a matter of days instead of weeks as opposed to what I did. BIG mistake. It turned out that I don't know a lot of things which I thought were easy. Even if you find winning campaigns of competitors that doesn't mean that it will be as easy as 1, 2, 3 and it will work for you. --> probably that's the most important lesson so far. Test a lot and test fast. After you have something working, then improve it and then scale it.

I have one more idea which I will implement until the end of this week with a new method and a new traffic source. I've read about this idea on a forum some time ago and I suspect that probably no one is doing it for the GEO I want to test.

Day 61 - 4.9.2023

Results and comments for the six sites so far:

As mentioned earlier in the thread my goal is 1k EUR profit per site per month on average. Unfortunately since the competition is increasing fast and probably this method/niche will die in the next 2-3 years, I am changing my focus now.

I will continue posting in this thread of course, but I will work on the new sites as fast as possible, take the maximum profit, further automate everything after I create the new 4 sites and I will try to sell all sites (including future sites that will be built) to an affiliate team which will develop them further. If the sale happens, it will be great even if it is just in the 15-20x range yearly profit.

Each site has a potential for much more than 1k EUR/mo profit but that is only when new traffic sources are implemented and it will be an ongoing testing phase.

I will continuously work on finding something which will bring in more profit for the same time invested or less. Developing big white hat projects requires capital and I want to secure maximum cashflow for that with what I am currently working on and with other stuff as well. Right now I am not at that level and I don't want to invest funds from my offline businesses, payments from clients or from money saved. It should work the other way around.

And finally few comments for the current projects. Site #4 is almost at breakeven now as you see with only -43 EUR loss and site #5 is at -363 EUR loss which was expected, so I should be able to get them profitable this month.

Day 62 - 5.9.2023

Re: The account on the new traffic source - it got reactivated, however I won't use it, because the performance with it is very bad. I will start fresh instead.

Today I didn't work on site #8 because the scraper bot had to be updated. It took few hours since half of the site owners did some changes on their end and I had to fix small bugs. Now it works fine.

I have also configured the scraper on the remote PC where the VA will use it. Tomorrow I will record videos on how to use it and continue with site #8.

Impressions and clicks for site #7 started to come in, but the performance is not good. After few weeks once the account has more campaigns and ad spend, it should start performing better. This was expected, so no surprise here.

I have tons of other tasks to do and even though I am starting work early in the morning up until 10-11 P.M. I can't finish everything. Will work on improving my work schedule.

Today I also managed to hook one potential client. He is contacting me after few months actually. I solved a problem he had and didn't charge him anything as it took me 5 minutes and now I am working on closing a deal for 600-800 EUR/mo and will charge him more as the business expands since he wants to advertise in almost all EEA countries.

Day 63 - 7.9.2023

Had to take a day off because of some offline work. It turned out that various small fixes were needed for the bot which I thought were fixed, but anyway.. I fixed them today, installed everything on the remote PC and also recorded some videos for the VA.

I have some offline work in the morning tomorrow and one consultation booked later for the day, however in that time frame I should finally be able to work on the next site.

Day 64 - 8.9.2023

My VA doesn't work on Fridays, so he will continue his job tomorrow with posting more products for site #2. I had a consultation booked for today with someone who is more experienced, however he had to cancel it because of some urgent reasons and said that we will schedule it for another day with a discount.

Planned tasks:

1) Post all products for site #7 in the warm up stage. // done | from Monday onwards, I can populate the actual money products. Will set up the ad campaigns manually for 10% of the products the next week and after that will do it with scripts. The account is still new, so I add scripts and auto rules at a later stage.

2) Setup progress for site #8. // 30% done

3) Account farming. // to do | after site #8 is ready and I am at campaign posting stage

4) Create an MVP for the new traffic source. // to do

Performance since the beginning of September is worse across all GEOs. Also site #4 and #5 are eating up about 80 EUR in ad spend per day and are at almost breakeven with -20% ROI. Still not good though...

Due to this I am putting my own money into the sites right now which was not supposed to happen, but this should be temporary. I should be able to recover the funds within 7-10 days.

Day 65 - 11.9.2023

Tomorrow I have a consultation with a more experienced guy regarding a new strategy I want to test. I am looking forward to finishing site #8 in 1-2 days, posting the next set of products for site #7 and testing the new MVP I have in mind. These are the priority tasks.

I will go back to testing TS2 in few days. The first thing to test is to know exactly what triggers or can trigger a ban and I will know this after I do some isolated tests. Additionally I have one more consultation booked with another guy for the next week.

I did the consultation today with the guy I talked about yesterday. It was very useful and will save me some time in testing. Site #8 is ready and I can start the ads for it asap. Will do this on Thursday though because I will travel tomorrow.

Regarding the additional project and the MVP. I know what I have to do, but I don't know whether it will work, so will have to test it first. Either way though, I see some competitors doing the same (or similar) and their ads run for at least 2-3 weeks before getting banned/or pausing the campaigns, but it has to be done in a smarter way and that's the first step - testing.

Left for this week is to post the next set of products for site #7 which I will do by myself + create the ad campaigns and post the first set of products for site #8 and again create the ad campaigns.
