Hi friends,

I intend to start a small website, but I need to start very cheap really, without getting to something very poor quality.

I have been making my site in XAMPP and then uploading it to the web, I read about Bluehost and I thought that I could contract the service for a monthly payment of $5.45, but I misunderstood and the minimum I can pay is 1 year ($68 approximately), I do not have that amount, what alternatives do I have?

I would appreciate any advice for alternatives you may have.

Cheapest website is a Tumblr Blog.
You can connect a custom domain, and it cost $0/mo for hosting.
Second to that is hosting a static website in object storage, with cloudflare deployment.
That method costs $0.01 per month, or so.

You can message me requesting tutorials and themes, for whichever method you are interested in, if you like.
All free.

Best to you,
Ivan

If you're just looking for hosting and already have a domain, I suggest Namecheap. You can pay monthly if you wish, but if you take the yearly package it's like $20.

Make and host a website on blogger for free, pay for a godaddy domain like 10$ for your first year, that's the cheapest it can get.

you can start from shared hosting, they all cheap

I used NameCheap shared hosting and it's $4 a month, I don't think it can get cheaper than that.

Hostinger hosting is like 1.99 each month so that's like 23.88 dollars for a whole year https://www.hostinger.com/, com domain is 5.98 dollars at https://www.namecheap.com/,so total is 29.86 dollars, that's a really good deal if you don't have enough just do some side jobs and collect that much. Offer someone to clean their pc from viruses, make them a website in WordPress blah blah you get the idea. Also no need to make site XAMPP just use atom code editor or sublime text.

For small and serious development I suggest using namecheap. They offer cost effective and reliable hosting.

You could make your site through platforms like NameCheap or Blogspot, as here you'll only pay for hosting and domain name, but at a pretty reasonable price. Also, you could actually make even a WordPress or WebFlow site on your own, by using some free theme. They don't have a lot of features, but for beginning and just presenting yourself and your services, it can do the job.

Use Namecheap, it is cheap and they have good customer support. I have never had a problem with them.

There are cheaper hosting services than that. Some of them are listed on BHW also, you can save money on them.

shared hosting $5/year and namecheap domain you can get for under $5/year
