Just a question, have you tried Litespeed Cache instead of wp rocket ? As its developed by litespeed's dev, I guess you may have even better performances ... From my experience, I had better results using litespeed cache but I'd like to have your pov / advice on that point

I my have used that in the past, but to be honest I am not certain. I may try it some time and get a comparison.

How do they compare to Guru Hosting? Guru just added staging features and provide free migration.

There are no the best company ever. There is the best company for you, and the best company for someone else and they can be 2 different providers.
