The best thumbnails for YouTube?

Hello, I’m building an agency of designers for YouTube thumbnails. I’d like to know:

1. How good is the quality of this designer's work?
2. How much can each thumbnail be sold for?

P.S. With my current designer, I have a monthly package deal.

The thumbnails can be in Spanish or English.

I think this one with Biden is the best one
The others ones are very AI stuff, maybe works, who knows, only testing to see if people will give you a higher or lower CTR with it
But that one with Biden is the most interesting

I think that depends on where you thumbnails will be shown. If it will be noticable between other videos it's very good.
But if it will merge with other videos its not good.
When you can see it in Photoshop it's one thing when he shows up among dozens of the same, it's another.

these are really great thumbnails tbh, especially the quality is amazing, however check other competitors in the same niche and check their thumbnails too especially the channels getting more views and you can replicate that.
