I am taking payments through an app that sends an email once a payment is received.
I want to provide my staff with access to see if the payment email has arrived, but I can't give them access to my email.
I was thinking if someone can make a Telegram bot that reads emails from my Outlook and sends a message within 2-3 seconds when a payment email comes in. We need to filter out the specific type of email it reads and ensure it doesn't send duplicate messages for the same email.
Let me know if anyone can make this.
Remember, the email is on Outlook, not Gmail.
