Hello BHW

I have already contacted susocial customer support, but the problem still persists, I would like to have your opinion for those who already use the software

I only do follow on my instagram slave accounts, (between 4-5 follow per hour) for a few hours then let it rest overnight (sleep)

Only that. I'm taking it easy and customer support told me that the settings are fine.

I use private residential proxies, 0 fraud score, instagram account a few weeks old, mail check, photos, bio etc...

Out of 20 accounts I must have 15 that have an error message, it blocks me for 1 day each time, and it randomly blocks accounts for no reason.

(See photo) below

Susocial "limits" me and blocks me temporarily, since when I go to connect on the instagram account (where there is the error message on the software), the account has no problem, I can follow and the account status is 100% legit " , no restrictions etc, so the problem comes from the software that limits me.

Is there an option to remove in the software to avoid these temporary blockages of the software?

Thanks a lot

try to use 4G proxy, also this software just like Jarvee before gave a lot of people temporary blocks.
Since it's now called Susocial i don't think a lot has changed.

Use 4g proxy and change logout and relogin in accounts in susocial.
Clear cookie from susocial.
if you try to use those accounts in different device aand you don’t get issues then do as i said you ll get clear those error.

AS people above said, use 4g proxies, start with 3 accounts per proxy, leave it 24 actions without any action before starting with the new proxy and relogin the accounts. Also if possible, you can delete manually the previous logins

Ok thanks a lot, I'll give it a try and let you know

Is the 4G proxy location not important? If I'm targeting the USA, should I use a 4G proxy from the USA?

not important
Another question for the 4g mobile proxy

If I want to connect several instagram accounts (about 100) I'd like to change ip every 10 minutes on each account, is it possible to have a different ip at each rotation for each account?

Because if I connect 100 instagram accounts and the proxy rotation gives me for example 192.198.17.15 as IP on the 100, that's not good, I'd like it to be a different ip for each account on each rotation, is that possible? How do you do it?

if its about real devices then we can run 20 accounts per device per 4g proxy. but for susocial api bot there is no gurantee how many you can run.

Basically that's how the rotation works on mobile proxy. Every rotation gives you a fresh new IP, 100 rotations = 100 diff IPs

When you say "3 accounts per proxy," are you referring to 3 identical IP addresses per account?

So, I only need to purchase a single mobile proxy subscription, and I can create unlimited accounts thanks to the rotation?

Because when I enter the proxy (PROXY IP:PORT) on each account, it will still be the same IP.

Exactly

Yes, correct

3 accounts per same IP which is fine by IG. If your accounts are good, you can go even higher

i have tried susocial and i got same problem. try to make cotact support but not satisfied response. better try real device automation. its works better than api bots

What proxy did you use?

They're on here @susocial
Thank you for the mention I appreciate it.

@ambassador_ofm How many accounts are you running per proxy? Are you running all of your accounts on a proxy that rotates every x minutes?

2-3 accounts per proxy, I've also tested without a proxy with just one account, and I still encounter the same issue.

It's totally random

There is no rotation because it's a private residential proxy.

And I've heard that someone else in the discussion used a 4G proxy, and the problem persists as well.

We don't put any limits from our end, from the screenshot you sent, this is the exact error that IG returns:

Can you PM me your account email so I can check your tickets with our customer support?

Where did you connect from, your phone? Or what exactly?

Did it use the same proxy that you have the account on in SuSocial?

Also, from Settings == Social Platforms == Instagram == General - we have the following option:

1697662469106.png

But per default it's set to only 360 minutes which is around 6 hours and not 24 hours like you mentioned.

You can uncheck it if you want to cancel that feature - Try it at your own risk, as we implemented that to let the account cool down when they get an action block.

How is it possible that this is coming from Instagram, claiming there's an action block, when the account has no issues when I log in, and there are no restrictions in the "account status"?

I logged in through the software's browser as well as on my phone, and both are working.

It's coming from Instagram because we only show the error that Instagram returned when the action was executed.

The API and Browser are two different things - you can get blocked on both or just on 1 of them.

Since it worked on your phone, it used a different IP, so it could be that Instagram doesn't like the proxy you are using.
