[Suggestion Require] For YouTube and Authority Website Building

Hi,

I am planning to start a Long term Business plan using both Blackhat as well as a White hat and Free as well as the Paid process.

I am planning to create multiple YouTube channels in various categories as well as in various Indian regional languages, Hindi and English. I am completely new to the YouTube business so I want to learn everything starting from Video creation to video editing. I am ready to hire scriptwriters, editor, camera everything required for the YouTube business.

I will create several websites as per the YouTube channel and will upload articles there relevant to that uploaded video. Here once again I am ready to hire web designer and article writer

For social networking, I am planning to use Face book, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc

My main goal is to make genuine earning from different sources (Like Adsense for both YouTube as well as Website, affiliate links, etc.

I know it will be a time consuming hard-working task but as I said I am ready to invest so I will try my best to hire people as much as possible.

Now Can You suggest is it be the right choice or wrong choice to run such type of Business and those who ever having good knowledge in YouTube can suggest how to start this task
