Suggest warez hosting - offshore VPS - unmetered bandwidth - ignores DMCA

Hello,

i would like to know your views about a good and reliable VPS hosting
My requirements are as follows:-

- Ignores DMCA
- Offshore
- Unmetered Bandwidth (Preferable)
- ~100-200GB HDD
- Allows warez

I've found some of the following hosts which are close to my requirements:-

I used underhost. Their ddos protection is bullshit. I was down because of a 600Mbps ddos attack then I moved to CCIhosting.

DDos Attacks can be managed easily by using service like cloudflare.
How was the uptime and performance of underhost, except the DDos issue?

I am using Koddos and they are good so far. The definitely ignore DMCA.
 
how about coolhousing; they ignore DMCA. Beside, they have their own data-center.

I'm the owner of wrzhost, you're still welcome at our hosting. We just forward dmca complaints and the client can choose what he/she wants. We can't control everything you know.

Underhost is stable and uptime is good. They do ignore DMCA, they even dont response to the request of taking down. However, their prices are too high. Underhost is the most expensive. Serveria is BS, they dont accept all the kind of Website. When i signed up after 1 hour i got an email telling me they dont accept the kind of my site (sport streaming but hosted elsewhere). But they do say DMCA ignore, is just BS.
Before going with Sharkservers i was using Shineserver. Shineserver is not so good, the uptime either, the support sucks. They answered me after 24 hours about a big problem that i had. I'm using Sharkservers right now. This is the second month and never had problems and telling you the truth i love their prices.

I am really sorry as has not tried one of you mansion. Using Offshore seo vps as they provide me what I actually asked and has a great support.

I totally pretty happy with their awesome service.
 
Serveria does not ignore DMCA only forwards it. Underhost does to an extent. Leaseweb does mostly. Stay clear of Sharkservers, whilst they put on a DMCA ignored image, the UK has tough anti-piracy laws in the case of a serious complaint it could even lead to severe legal consequences, for example what happened to tvshack. However these are just offshore hosts, you are really looking for better hosts than this, PM me if you want some more information.
