Hello Guys,

I was wondering if you have any experience regarding the scheme that I am working on.

I am building a site on wordpress, and here is what happens:
1. visitor submit a form (jetpack contact form)
2. I receive the visitor message in my mail (gmail)
3. Reply the message with template messages (saved in drafts). For example, message A replied by template A, B by template B, and so on.
4. add the visitors database in mailchimp list (name, email, idnumber, jobs, etc).
5. get back to 1 for every visitors submitting a form.

All I did manually. Now, the site are growing and I have many visitors, it is out of hand.
Do you have any suggestion how to automate this? any service or plugin recommendation?

I have searched on the net and plan to use the ninja form plugin, as it said to have a built-in feature with mailchimp list. at least, i can skip the number 4.

But, I am not sure how to reply the mail automatically..

Your opinion and suggestion will be really helpful for me! I appreciate it.. Thanks

Why don't to use directly the mailchimp subscription form instead of the jetpack submission form? Mailchimp let you create its own registration form to directly subscribe to its newslettering system and let you prepare the registration feedback message automatically sent.
I force all customers of mine to use mailchimp which result a very usefull and free (till 2'000 subscribers) amazing newslettering system (you can also integrate it with facebook, create a mobile form registration, etc.)

To be honest, I am still learning about mailchimp itself.. Lol..

I think it is a solid suggestion. I use mailchimp registration form only as general form, in which it create dummy page eepurl.com to get it subscribed..
I know that it can be used as embed in my web page, but never try that my self. Before I knew about mailchimp I use jetpack form coz it's simple and easy.. Guess, need to get my form skill to the next level!

Wow, I believe yours is very amazing! I dunno that it can integrate with facebook or mobile form registration.. Really Thanks For Sharing!!

Any good place to learn about mailchimp fast and easy, mate?
Looking forward to your recommendation :)

Mailchimp could be a very usefull tool. You can use it for free up to 12'000 mails/send per month and up to 2'000 subscribers. When you'll get this top limit U have to upgrade to a payd version.
To properly learn it you have simply to use it...it a very simple and intuitive tool and it has a very welldone "tips & tricks" and guide in its own faq section. Read there all you need to know to use it.
The Facebook integration is very simply and step-by-step described in the guide section. The mobile form building kit too. Easy and quick to do (you can put it on a mobile devide like an Ipad or an Android one too).

you are right.. well, I need to slap my lazy ass for sure!

anyway, I forgot something.. The problem is I need a service that can send different automatic email for different request in the form. As I explained, a request A need to be replied by template mail A, etc.

As far as I know, mailchimp only provides automation based on date, welcoming message, blog updates, birthday, and so on. I don't find any automation based on the (option in the) form submitted by subscriber.

Any Idea bout this?

I think that the best solution is to manage it exactly like a newsletter system works:
Create a subscribtion form
Add to the form a "segment" field in which the customer can choice in which segment he want to be added (es. "interest" field: Which sport are you interested in? a) SOCCER b) FOOTBALL c) OKEY...)
People will subscribe choicing the "interest" field according with their preferences
People will receive the welcome mail message after subsciption (remember to add the privacy disclaimer...)

Than you can create different newsletter mail format and schedule the system to send automatically to the new subscribers (you can also do it manually! Once you've prepare the 2/3 format it is an easy and quick task to do).
Format 1 --> send it to the NEW subscriber with INTEREST a) in the List
Format 2 --> send it to the NEW subscriber with INTEREST b) in the List
Format 3 --> send it to the NEW subscriber with INTEREST c) in the List
...

I mean I'd manage in this way

This is a good idea.. I didn't know segments can be insterted in the form.

check that perfectly option available

Okay, I will check it carefully!
