    Hi,

i am sure you know that you can submit a URL of your website on Google Search Console so Google crawls it and lists it. Therefore it could make sense to submit my backlinks which Google Search Console doesn't list and couldn't be listed with other index tools.

My question: Does Google think this is suspicious, if I submit every backlink from the same Google Account? Should I use other Google Accounts with Proxies?

You see I am a total noob regarding SEO, so please give me your advice. I have some decent Backlinks, but the Search Console doesn't list them and I waited for weeks.

Google search console is only there to index or crawl your website, it can't be used to index your backlinks.

Better you must try some backlink indexer tools to index your links.

Otherwise just wait for another 2-3 weeks and hope google will automatically fetch them.
