Seems to be having issues placing an order.

My first attempt was flagged for unknown reasons, was not told the order was officially not accepted until 24 hours later. Was told "This time don't use a VPN" I actually did not use a VPN at the time of the order, I was on my dedicated machine, but okay, so I placed my 2nd order just now same exact details, using my Home PC in the UK and using my Business PayPal account this time instead.

This is the only info I have.

P.S Also the coupon I have which was for 15% off, seems to have changed to 10% off.

I have also replied to the email clearly stating that I can provide any evidence/proof of ID or anything needed.

So @tiiberius I am just wondering what the hell is going on, why are my orders not going through?
The only email I keep receiving is the "subscription transaction receipt" but I have not received any confirmation of my order, an order number or anything.

Considering it's been like a year or so since I ordered last I would have expected this service to be amazing by now but yet a simple order can't even be accepted it seems or any order confirmation emails.
I've spoken with you many times via skype, you know my business's inside and out so why in the world are my orders being flagged, no accepted and very little information given as to why other than "VPN" when I did not even use a VPN and I can prove this too via live screen share if you like, same IP etc.

Sorry if this is a rant but I am just a little pissed off with the poor quality customer services now in 2022.

Edit: Contacted Anthony via Live Chat and he was able to tell me what happened and why I was spoken to the way I was. Turns out its new staff in training so the communication needs to be worked on.

Nevertheless, the order was placed and I guess it's now gone through okay.

Thanks buddy, that means a lot that you responded to this issue, admittedly I've been in a poor mood these last few days and I think I could have handled myself better, frustration on top of everything else just got the better of me. I know what it's like to be new and I hold no ill will towards the staff member.

Just a quick mention I did mention this also to Anthony but i'll send this here too as it's vital: Please can you ensure that the links are coming from the Games/Technology niche? Checkout the URL I provided to see the full context but I'm sure you will understand. If you check out my link profile you can see I've been working very hard to ensure that all links are from natural related sites. I've spent a good 10K over 1.5 years building up a solid profile as you can see (Check Ahrefs) majority are GP and NE. This is the first time this site is getting PBN links.
