Seems to be having issues placing an order.
My first attempt was flagged for unknown reasons, was not told the order was officially not accepted until 24 hours later. Was told "This time don't use a VPN" I actually did not use a VPN at the time of the order, I was on my dedicated machine, but okay, so I placed my 2nd order just now same exact details, using my Home PC in the UK and using my Business PayPal account this time instead.
I have also replied to the email clearly stating that I can provide any evidence/proof of ID or anything needed.
So
@tiiberius I am just wondering what the hell is going on, why are my orders not going through?
The only email I keep receiving is the "subscription transaction receipt" but I have not received any confirmation of my order, an order number or anything.
Considering it's been like a year or so since I ordered last I would have expected this service to be amazing by now but yet a simple order can't even be accepted it seems or any order confirmation emails.
I've spoken with you many times via skype, you know my business's inside and out so why in the world are my orders being flagged, no accepted and very little information given as to why other than "VPN" when I did not even use a VPN and I can prove this too via live screen share if you like, same IP etc.
Sorry if this is a rant but I am just a little pissed off with the poor quality customer services now in 2022.
