Hi everyone, I have a problem with stripe getting closed after the first payout.
I use stripe to accept payment on my website, I have 0 disputes or refunds. but at the first payout stripe checked my website and they said it violates their terms and services. and to a certain degree, it does.

is there any work around this?
Can I use a stripe that aready accepted payments from a different website and link it straight to my new website (another website not the old one) to start accepting payment without having create a new stripe account and go throught the first payout verification process?
Or any other solutions?

Don't use Stripe, don't use PayPal.

Use crypto. Any other card processor blocks the funds no matter what.
They are idiots.

PayPal owns Stripe pretty much and they don't care. They steal money.

You are not the only one who loose the money.
There are people who are gonna sue Stripe and PayPal for stealing money

I can't use crypto, my audience don't use crypto, normal type of clients. and if they see crypto they will not pay.
I have to process cards, it's the only solution

what sort of website is it?
 
IDK what type of website you have, and Stripe is very clear about which sites aren't accepted with their platform, unlike PayPal.

If it's a subscription site, I'd recommend selling ACCESS to your site through Gumroad (or similar). If it's ecom or a shop, list the stuff on gumroad or something and send your customers to it.

Alternatively you can use 2CO, but they also have sites they don't work with.

If you're processing decent $, and everything is legal, you can even get a bank to process the transactions. Cut out the middleman.

Its not about the Niche, its about the fact that they can tell its a Stealth account.
And if you are saying to me that its a Real Account under a Real Name its most likely a name that already opened Stripe account and got Banned
There for that name got BlackListed / The Company Details got blacklisted.

Thats the fact.

Good Luck trying to open with them an account. Will take minimum 60 days.
They most likely will turn him down, they are not that Openminded, and if they won't turn him down they will drag him for months.

So how do we do once you have been ban once ?
 
And guys pls tell us what requirements we need on our website, and what activity stripe likes for us to put while opening an account pls

2 Choices

1. New Company, new domain, new phone Same ID Verification and Hope it works
2. Use a Nominee, contact a honest lawyer that is dealing with Nominees and get a company.
