payment cloud is the way to go if you are considered high risk. There are many other options for high risk businesses as well. Mainstream payment gateways have very strict rules about what businesses they work with

you have no idea how rare it is to find a Stripe account that is like that.
And A Real account like that can cost atleast 3000$.
