Huge list of credit card faciliators, it means in most of them you don't need to pay mastercard/visa fee.
They are like Stripe.

EMI, Favorites? like Payoneer or Paxum, Transferwise, and smaller wallets like OKPay?

Yes. Exactly but that work with PayPal, 2checkout. For that need EMI that provide unique IBAN

These I know of:
OKPay will accept Bank TX/deposits .
Paysera
Leupay
Mistertango

These 3 seem to use the same banks (IMHO):

Transferwise
Paxum
Payoneer

I've personally used the last three for my own buisness, and also connected high risk CC payment processing to accounts issued by the last 3, no problem. Would recommend.

Paysera works well, but mistertango and Leopay are actually in trouble.
I shouldn't advice to work with them ( frozen accounts, termination of accounts, loose cards contract, missing wire transfer..)
The Emi's world is not serious enough, will always advice to use an high Street bank.

The list is not bad, but unfortunately, some services are not enough that the subsidiaries still do not work correctly.
