@duffers5000 i respect you a lot but do not even give a shit about Steelballs after he scammed the members, he was the one who approached me with football news you can see from the chats btw let me tell everyone that i used to talk like 3-4 times a week with Steelballs just makes you think if he has the time to talk about football why doesnt he come here and finish the stuff???

Also this isnt private chat according to me i could have pasted our all chats before but since proxygo was skeptical i pasted it but seriously Steelballs is a scammer its now proved juts look at his replies lmfao i cant believe how does this guy have the time in the world to talk about football when people are being owed money....

Steelballs used to post everyday what happened to him now also im ashamed of myself that i delivered a fake review for him for his writing services....i cannot believe it i even did this shame on me seriously...

Hi Abhi. As you know from our own Skype chats I have a healthy respect for yourself and many of the members here I regularly chat to. Im trying to make it clear that this is not about Steelballs its about privacy. I feel you could have PMd a mod with this info which is hardly groundbreaking stuff.

If I have something to say to somebody Im usually happy to to say it in public or to their face so I dont have anything to hide from chat logs but I am asking a general question to the forum about privacy because if this is seen as fair game then I will be deleting half my skype contacts. I have discussed several things with yourself in Skype and disclosed some personal business information.I would rather not have to be watching my back everytime somebody decides to add me for a chat.

I think the fact Abhi007 is referring to is that unless you plan to start stealing from BHW members, you don't need to worry about your privacy..

a good service doesnt need fake reviews
but it shows the extent of some sellers and buyers will go to

I apologize for my sins mate i know i made a big mistake

we all have sins friend... i myself had a user rep 1 of my posts
back in April this year, i was at 2999 rep for 6 months and i asked
some1 to rep a post, just 1. this wasnt part of any rep group it was
a private pm request

in fact ide forgotten all about it until
a week a go when i was poking fun at nigel , and the user who
did me that 1 rep request threw it in my face in nigels thread for
no other reason than me poking fun at nigel, thank you kv

forgive you...they did me...

From the second Balls posted that legal bs, I lost all respect and trust in him regardless of ban. I assume he has been permabanned now. So I hope this can be laid to rest now. But a point I want to make is that sometimes users reputations get bigger than their heads and they abuse it for what ever reason, and peoples mental reputation of a user is FAR more valuable than the numbers on the right side of your posts.

^^ I don't think it would make much difference, I personally can't respect anything he says now, and I suspect many of us feel the same.

ive never seen a user after 5 weeks 2 days yet to pay up
let alone have 5 weeks 2 days to not bother.

in a forum where rep is everything seems odd this guy
was asking for donations for his eye sight but can afford

it's always amaze me when people who owe money to somebody are suddenly ill and can not do few clicks in pp but are able to send a notice of their illness.

poor guy... steel must have been in a terrible situation (financial difficulty maybe?) right now considering he can't pay $200+...

and the ops and affected parties, you will recover from your loss and hope that you'll make up more than 10x of your $200+.

pasenseoso - with respect BHW has a code of conduct for buyers / sellers
both parties present there case and a mod decides the outcome based on all
info posted by both parties - in this case the mods found against noballs and
asked he refunded the buyer, noballs feeling his rep was such he would win
found out wrong and that rep doesnt buy an auto win here .

noballs made it quite clear he had no intention to refund the buyer. even being
given 2/3 temp bans to change his mind didnt work, he made it known to people
the buyer was getting nothing...

1 more thing (financial difficulty maybe?) - so what, all he had to do was post here
he had money issues and i guarentee something would have been worked out.
this was never the issue, the issue was he REFUSED to refund after the mods found
against him.

heres the funny part -- few months ago noballs was asking for donations through bhw
for an eye operation he couldn't afford -- but at the same time threatens a bhw user
via paypal with legal action over 200$ , in the uk we have an expression,
the guy is full of shit, he had longer than anyone ive known in 5 yrs to do something..
almost 6 weeks , he didnt nothing sorry if i dont pull out a tissue on a guy who got
busted and ran.... fck him

ps -- when your hard earned rep is only worth 200$ its time to go.

Sir Proxygo i'm taking no sides. please do take some time to re-read what I've posted earlier.

i think it's natural for most humans to sympathize for both parties and I can't find any problem there. probably because it is not my nature to step on someone's neck and rub salt on fresh wounds.

if you think that it's wrong to sympathize for noballs, the op and the other parties or probably you (if you had any failed attempt to do business with noballs or probably other personal grudges), then I am asking for an apology if it's okay with you.

but any how, I hope everyone (specially those who are deeply affected) can recover from this shit. May we all learn that NOT ALL services from reputable folks at BHW are to be totally relied. Take some precautions. And I hope sellers are ready and able to refund for whatever undelivered/under delivered/poor quality service(s) that they may be providing.

No, I don't think so. If he had started his BST to defraud people then yes but I don't think that was his intention.
I think it is a case of somebody sticking to their principles (even though they may be wrong) but in doing so creates more problems for themselves. This seems more like bad business practice than out and out scamming.
I am disappointed that he did not come back to the thread. There may or may not be valid reasons for this.
I think he has been foolish in this situation.


Was Jazzc right in banning him?

Absolutely, Jazzc has been more than tolerant and given Steelballs enough time and opportunity to respond.
When we sign up to BHW we agree to various rules and ToS and when people open BST's certain obligations have to be met.
A ruling was made in the thread and Steelballs should have responded accordingly.
I don't think he helped his case with all the legal nonsense.
Although I don't think Steelballs was a Scammer he SHOULD have refunded/completed the work.
The Mods have a hard task with the SL and should be respected for the work they put into sorting out people's grievances.



When we think Shit List we immediately think SCAMMER but there is more to it than that.
The SL is there to deal with people's financial loses by other member's.
This might be through scams OR bad business practice, negligence, incompetence etc

I think it is a shame that Pete sacrificed his BHW account for a relativity small amount of money.
I have always thought Pete was a good guy and will continue to do so, unless something else comes to light.
I think he has made an error in judgement by not refunding and he has seriously damaged his reputation.
Pete, If you are reading this then please reconsider your actions and ask yourself if it is really worth it at the end of the day.


Again, @sneha and @Dj Coz I hope this post doesn't antagonise either of you as that was not it's intention.
