steelballs sent me 2 pms with various things, among which he claims that due to his eye problems, he can't verify the dates and the screenshots posted. I already told him previously that he can't PM me and must post on the SL thread, so I will answer here.

Yes, I know you have serious issues with your eyes, but I don't buy the excuse - it 's trivial to have someone else take a look at the pictures and read them to you. And given that you 're in danger of losing your account, you either did and chose to skip it or you don't care to answer. So I will take this as an admission that the posted data is correct.

Everything else steelballs sent me, I will ignore. The reason for posting directly in the thread and not via PMs is so that the other party can have the chance to verify & object. I 'm not going to pass around messages "hey B, this is what A says he sent, is it what you have?". Obviously.

I will give steelballs a chance to post in the SL, otherwise I will be ending the shitlist soon.

Hey John take this eye issue off the table please, I stated a fact I live in a Spanish pueblo in an old town where all my neighbors are Hispanics none speak English? I did not duck the question?

If I agree to pay Sneha $150 USD and Dj Co2 $90 USD (after he/she has withdrawn the PP dispute where they claimed 100% repayment) which Dj Co2 lodged even after he/she admitted they had received 1000?s of words?

There are no winners we are all losers?
(I have already provided services and my time and resources have been put in...)

But onto to my BST it has been trashed and as such no business means no money?

But hey I am not squealing ? but it is only fair that if this SL is resolved then surely the SL should be deleted and my BST cleaned is that how it works?

And yes, I agree to close the dispute if you refund $130 (NOT $90). I have only received 6k words from you.

Here, let me do the math for you

I ordered 22k words for $180, that is $0.0081818181818182 per word.

6k words multiply by $0.0081818181818182= $49 (let's make it an even $50)

That leaves us with $130. Any issues with that?

You 're grossly misunderstanding the issue here. I 'm not going to cut a deal with you (or anyone else in any shitlist) about what happens with the refunds/administrative action. In the shitlist, it 's you versus the forum, not "you versus them and mod arbitrating". If your actions deem you unfit for the privilege of selling here or for being a member here, appropriate action will be taken.

That said, if you people are willing to reach an agreement before the end of the shitlist, that 's good for everyone and will affect positively the final decision. Let me know.

@Steel You are taking a hell lot of time in replying in this thread, replying in every 12 hours. Do you wanna stretch this SL for a month or so I think you are not serious on this critical issue at all. Making excuse/ manipulating proofs submitted by us but this is not gonna help you out. So stop digging old threads and refund us.

You have only 2 choices :
1. Refund or
2. Strict action will be taken against you by Jazzc.
 
Based on everything that has been posted here & the info I have received via PMs:

a) It is obvious that steelballs has to fully refund sneha based on his refund policy on his BST.

b) Regarding Dj Co2 's case, although steelballs did an extremely bad (to say the least) job managing that issue, he is right that he isn't obligated to change the order half way through - and Dj Co2 hasn't complained about the quality of the articles received that far. So, to close that case, steelballs has to deliver the remaining 12/16k words (on the original subject or a new one mutually agreed) or refund the difference - whatever he choses.

Steelballs will be temp-banned until the above happen. Depending on how that goes & everything revealed during the shitlist, the decision over steelballs ability to sell here and his account status will be determined and announced.

I am not involved in this thread but just to let you know that Steelballs has got chest infection or something like this. That's the reason he is not online.
 
I think things are rather clear, but I 'm going to give him a last chance.

Two more weeks temp ban. If he still hasn't taken cared of things after that expires, he gets the perm hammer.
 
I know the SL rules, but i need to say this.

Jazzc, its nothing personal buddy, but really, why are giving him more temp bans?

I mean, the situation is quite easy for steelballs, he either refunds or gets perm banned.

Though i may not know nothing about mods and such things, i have made like 2 paypal refunds in my life and theyr are not that hard to do, i mean, its just like 3-4 clicks on your pp account and boom! Refund sent!

I dont know why steelballs cant refund or doesnt want to refund, but whatever the reason, refunding can be done in 3-4 clicks, and doesnt need any other-world action jazzc.

I would have perm banned him after the first temp ban, as i say, refunding people is nothing out of this world.

Jazzc, consider this as a suggestion and a point of view man.

If you are going to ban me for this post, at least think about what i posted here man, im just trying to help here buddy, nothing less, nothing more.

To answer your question, you must understand that the primary reason we do shitlists is so that we can reach some compromise and the victims don't lose their money. That 's the primary goal. The ban comes if the offending party turns out to be a scammer and there 's no hope for settling. In this case, given that steelballs has an account with status, I am hoping that he will do the right thing and hand out the money he owes. It 's not like I 'm leaving him party in the forum right now, he is temp banned.

Handling shitlists is a sure way to be hated. I can assure you that a lot of shit has been thrown at me behind my back. So, I try to handle issues with as much transparency as possible. For example, in this case, it is now clear to everyone that steelballs is probably a scammer and that it 's less likely that all the bad luck of the universe hit him and he just wasn't able to refund :o Had I closed off this shitlist from the very beginning, you can be sure that many would have accused me for being "unfair" (to say the least).

To BHW - to the Mods - to DD to the Admins and all fellow members it is a privilege to be a member of this great forum BHW. But the reality is that this SL is a very serious business where with less than a fraction of 1% reservation out of 99.99% belief, it is blatantly clear that the two protagonists are in fact working in concert to use BHW as a masking ADR center and/or by pre-planned deception using the ‘good offices of BHW to destroy a mans business and/or reputation by using the public arena presence of BHW as an Internet conduit to destroy an individual and/or a business including unqualified tactics and methods to - one more time - have made me out to be a pariah - charlatan - scammer call it what you may.

But the buyers were not up for negotiating a settlement. Attack was the buyer's modus operandi they wanted to attack and immediately rejected a settlement and raised disputes on PP. At which time they then deemed I was the guilty party and decided to pour vitriol - disparaging - damaging remarks all over my BST

This is quite possibly one of the most utterly incoherent pieces of rambling that I have ever read, or tried to read.

It's not good enough to just use big words - you need to know how to join them together in a way that makes sense! And you sir, failed to do that.
