mods here have some patience. After reading the first law post i would have perma banned him but yeah the chaps would have lost their money. It takes quite a lot of maturity to handle money - learn from mods right here . Though it does feel like a pickle to keep waiting for the end which everyone knows will come. The change in BST approval thread said that don't bother with reputation, posts or status. It means nothing. Sry for posting in SL thread even though not related.

If steel just pay $200 from the start, the snafu won't be this long.
$200 is not that big. The loss of reputation and the loss of ability to sell here is the most important thing.
Remember the ado "The customer is always right?"

In this case, instead of just manning up Steel uses some "Asian lawyer" card to give him some illogical justification.
steel also accused sneha and djco2, stating that both of them want to destroy his business.
I bet if steel just pay up to sneha and djco2 at the first place, none of this things will happen.

Seriously, these all debacle is not worth $200.
I applaud jazzc for showing incredible patience and restraint. If it was up to me, the banhammer will be used a long time ago. But jazzc is still hoping that steel will see the light, but sadly steel won't see the light.

ive seen a few people this week in the shit list banned after 1 week
so what you say i believe is true, they gave him extra time i think based on
his past reputation, which is fair enough, but where do you draw the line.

when some are banned in a week, and this thread is pushing 5 weeks and
counting.... any time in the last week or more during this 2/3 temp bans
steel could have passed a message via email with his bhw friends to put in
this thread, after all he has found time to reply to certain friends emails in
this thread.

Why has this thread become a debate about for people who know don't know anything about it to weigh in with their opinions. I thought the SL was a means to seek redress if you were wronged, since when did it become a platform for random people to discuss other members and to compare different SL cases to each other.

Let the involved parties have their say if the situation changes, apart from that I don't see why anyone else should be posting here at all.

I agree with that, people are debating about people who don't know anything about it to weigh inwith ther opinions. I thought the SL was a means to seek redress if you were wronged, since when did it become a platform for random people to discuss other members and to compare different SL cases to each other.

So he hit me up on gmail and he was talking about football and stuff after sometime i told him why dont you refund their money and get back to business, he says he is done with BHW because the MODS and the refunders fucked his paypal, its a pity but its now proved hes a scammer...

How did we fuck his paypal? The disputes we filed against him were decided in favor of him by Paypal. But I guess a liar will keep on finding excuses to hide his lies.

It's funny how in the start of this SL Steelball's friends were calling ME a scammer lol *rolls eyes* and now when the dust has settled people who used to know him are calling him a scammer too. I guess it's true what they say, "The Wrong Shall Fail, For The Right To Prevail"

Kinda funny. If you read back, you'll find that you were the one who started the weighing, comparing and debating. But your concerns are understandable. We all want the best for BHW.

view, anyone can roll in this thread and say what u just said, such is the

I would have preferred to see him use it here, instead of scoring a triple hat trick against all the points.

I presume I am not the only one here who finds the publishing of a private conversation online to be wrong ?

I mean in general discussion terms and not specifically related to Steelballs.....is it ok now to grass each other up for fun.

In the instance above I would cite entrapment to start with. A discussion about football where you decided to dig for a bit of info.

JazzC is handling the SL with a lot of patience....you could have easily PM'd him the info if it was pertinent. Although Im pretty sure its what Jazz is expecting anyway.

Like several members of this forum Im very dissapointed that this SL turned out the way it has but that doesnt make me a Steelballs fanboy. There are rules of the forum for all members, you break the rules you take a hike. Its pretty straightforward.

Im interested in asking if this is deemed to be ok. Because if it is...Dont add me to Skype...Dont PM......Dont send me an email because I would rather keep to myself than be under surveillance.
