Nobody is talking or thinking about how those websites have these backlinks.
It is easy to start a website on autopilot, which post automatically by a rss feed or a custom script/scraper.
Do this experiment:
1. Check a few backlinks
2. Try to see if the link is there (use ctrl + u) and search for that link in the code source ( probably you will not find it ).
3. Now, change your browser user agent to "Googlebot" using a user agent changer chrome addon.
4. Repeat nr.2, and probably you will see that backlink.
This is the truth...

Ok, Just so I understand this..
60,000 backlinks on 500 referring domains and 1,7M keywords!!!
I thought the "normal way" of spamming was to spam millions of sites
with my backlinks... or am I missing something here? =)
It looks like they have multiple accounts per domain and posting multiple times per account??
They went for quality sites over quantity?
Also... do they use scrapebox to harvest 1.7M keywords and upload this to for ex GSA?

U kinda don't get how spam works in 2021. I will just remind you that that is not 2010 or so - spamming is not filling web with random shit and wanting people to fall for it. Now it is more accurate(?) and spam can also engage people smh. They may use Scrapebox but most likely they use some of solutions provided by Ahrefs-like tools or self coded feed a seed keyword scrapers. You are completely missing the idea tho.

Checked the first domain that grew crazily in just 4 months. A small drop only however, either ahrefs isn't up to date or the drop was really small.
