spam doesn't work, jk $1.6M

Its not difficult to find the sites if you do a bit of research yourself on Ahrefs. Here's one I found

The site won't be making anywhere near the traffic value but even if it makes 1/10 of it, its a profitable ROI as it is rinse repeat. It is site created using script.

mentalist here

Believe me or not, I laughed at the idea of selling the info before, but the more I thought about it the better it sounded.

I am doing a JV with one of the members here and the money would be useful towards bandwidth.

Let's see how it goes :)

Google.com and it's search bar is the easiest way to do so ;)
haha, obviously. Ive been trawling for a while now. The worst part is i used to see sites like this all the time when i did heavy kw research, but now i can't find any! Wish i wrote them down.

Not always. Spamming like this is a hit and miss and doesn’t usually last long.
Spam works if it is done properly. It's 2021, not 2010 - brainless spamming is definitely a miss. Some of sites mentioned in this thread already last for one year and I am pretty sure most of them can pass manual review.

Can you please share with us how you found these in Ahrefs?
Sorry, I can't just spit it out for everybody, it took me weeks to discover the secret.

But if I can do it, it means that everybody can do it, use your imagination and a lot of reverse-engineering.

I see that already there are at least 100 websites like this out there, ranking in Google with great success, and laughing at its algorithm.

A lot of them were launched this year, only 1 or 2 are more than 1 year old. One older website has over 1 million pages indexed in Google.

Being so many of them, a lot from the same webmaster, and new ones popping up each month, I guess this will blow up very soon. Once you have the recipe it's easy to duplicate it. The main idea behind them it's pretty stupid, but it looks like you can make money out of everything these days.

Or maybe Google will finally start to be smart and see what they are doing, but I highly doubt it.

hmm.... be very skeptical as to the Traffic value and organic traffic and stuff. Google adwords and stuff are waaaaay off.

Also sometimes, you should focus more on the conversion ratio instead of organic traffic.

Your high traffic pages needs to be in proper landing page format, so the traffic can be conversed into a "KPI" a key planning indicator.

What should you set your KPI to be, I don't know, whether your campaign is to build brand awareness (then KPI could just be impression / generic traffic to your site), whether your campaign is to boost sale (then your KPI could be converting general traffic into a sale), or you could be a lead generation marketing company that sells "hot leads" (then may be KPI could be tracking number of subscriptions to your newsletter, fans club, etc...). Based on your KPI then you design your marketing strategy and budget plan....

And wikipedia has UR, DR in the 90s' and they keep asking the public to make donations to keep it alive.....

Also in the modern era, if I am a marketing agencies, I will push my clients to focus on google ads instead of organic traffic, especially if it doesn't have a lot of budget.

You can easily set how gets to view the ads, how much each showing costs you, and how effective it is in terms of conversion rate, etc....

It's only after a while, that you get to know your market well, then also start targeting organic traffic.

But the KPI should be different, and you should keep it separate.

KPI for organic should be building brand loyalty, brand awareness, something to put you on the map. KPI for google ads should be conversion. But again conversion is trust, trust is conversion. You need to trust someone to pay money to him or her to buy something or purchase an online course, etc... So the higher the level of brand awareness, the easier the conversion going to be.

If McDonalds' has a new product, as usual it's super crappy, people will still pay attention to it, read it in detail and then purchase. While if you are a newly opened fast food store, you need to be 10 times better than McDonalds' for people to jump ship :)

But again "Pure organic traffic" alone could be of financial value if you are a copywritter, and you make money by displaying ads on your site and get the "pay per view, pay per click". But then the KPI of such site will be very different than one that's selling packaged meal online ..... Hope it makes sense to you and be of value to some members haha.

Been busy, so post much less than before, so writing a longer one this one :)

You are generally right that websites should have a good conversion ratio before focusing on organic traffic.

However, these use CPM Ads like Adhtrive/Ezoic/Mediavine etc., and don't really care about conversions. They are having crazy amount of traffic and making shitload of money.

Wikipedia isn't really struggling, it's "non-profit" and the owners use the funds to travel the world "in order to write articles". They have shitload of money.

If your clients don't have budget, they really shouldn't waste it on google ads. You have to burn money before you can find profitable campaigns. Writing articles and SEO yourself is much better :).

Rest what you say is true, however it doesn't apply to these websites at all.
