what do you mean by "promote"?
They're just sharing the sh*t out of the live videos. Since you are unable to pay for more reach when you are live on facebook (only afterwards) this is the only way to get viewers.
I'm currently searching a service which can deliver instant shares with high quality profiles - gonna keep you updated..
