Ive been wanting to utilize social media sometime in the future to earn money with E-commerce. I havent yet taken action to follow through with doing Shopify dropshipping or my supplement brand. I have built out some stuff, but stopped short because of funding issues. Now I got money rolling in from my day job and am close to being able to take action! Now I plan to use other social influencers to sell stuff, but Im thinking why not make some accounts myself too...
Im wondering for social media the best practices to scale and profit. I want to get some accounts. I can buy domain emails and get Sim Cards (Phone verification), thats not a problem for making accounts. As far as proxies they got those on this site so I think Id be covered. What security are we looking at on some of these platforms?
I will target the top platforms...
-Facebook (Whom I notice started asking for face picture upon signup. I want to try bypassing with AI generated pictures of nonexistant people)(I know some good tricks for FB. I also like the benefit of group pages)
-Twitter (Perhaps good, I can see use of hashtags and other things benefitting me)
-Instagram (Ok, this seems the best in my eye even though I havent played with it much. The SI's seem to use it heavy.)
-Pinterest (Pics based, ways of using non licensed photos)
Im disregarding: Snapchat (Dont know it, too kid like for me), LinkedIn (Perhaps has potential, but is really business niched), Goog+ (I believe closed registration.)
Tools Im wanting to use include, but are not limited to; paid ads (engagement and otherwise), FTP servers for drip, hashtags of course, AI generated pics as mentioned already-if not detected, perhaps individual websites for large niches and so on and auto friend adder/follower tools, *Social Media Manager (I could have a family member or Filipino who will work for cheap help out intially), Huitesuiteto manage things across platforms, Manychat chat bot!
Got capital rolling in. Im kind of casting a wide net now, but targeting different platforms I can perhaps lock in the same username across platforms for congruency. It would indeed make things more of a saleable assett to have accounts across the board.
I know theres sites to see engagement and so on for Instagram, Im hoping Instagram to be the bread and butter. Are there any decent sites for judging other platform accounts?
Monetization:
1.So Im thinking that these accounts can and will be a sellable assett with enough followers, thats the exit strategy, but not the short term.
2.Ill try to build up accounts around whatever niche Im targeting with my ecommerce sales. Sales of thee products could make an alright percentage of the promotions.
3.Shoutouts could be alright
4. Affiliate offers and so on
Posts will be memes, giveaways (Why?-Engagement) and promotions (Monetization).
Now video is hot, but I dont understand how to edit or do much with it, I know its kind of media though. How would you go about doing videos or borrowing them legally, but not necessarily 100% ethically.
Now leading these people offsite might not be a bad thing, I could setup landers if my accounts and niches arent all over the place. An email list I can keep with me and further monetize.
Im going to kind of use this thread to brainstorm and get ideas, while sharing new methods I come across. What am I missing? I know I need to hone in on my niche(s) better definately. I will be doing the stuff in the health sphere. I really like FB groups, but I dont think theyre as much of a saleable assett.
So as far as scaling accounts go I will use the tools mentioned. Auto following hashtags and inbound methods. I want to buy some friend packs and possibly likes initially to give accounts a boost, Im not afraid to spend money. Well use the Follow/Unfollow method using tools and manually doing it. I think after we get to a point well be attracting people a little more organically too. Original content may be harder to get ahold of, but I can spin articles fast enough with speech to text software. 5,000 followers per account is the minimum goal I would think.
Scheduling of posts seems powerful. Anything Im missing here?
Bluetick is something I came across (Google it if you dont know). It seems out of reach given that these accounts wont be real people. However for my personal FB I could get it from my current readings, Id need 100K+ followers and some ninja trick. Worth mentioning though.
