Are there any services that are reliable? I've tried a few and the numbers are super expensive when it comes to US numbers.

Im using https://www.smsaccs.com/ (problem is they have no support)

but the prices are insane. Im wondering if I should just make foreign social accounts only. Or if IG even cares if a foreign number registers a US proxy made account
