SMS at scale w/ Amazon Sns

Are you asking a general question because you have no idea (yet) how to use AWS to push notifications and messages with Amazon SNS?
If that's the case I suggest you Google it and read Amazon documentation because they literally lay it out for you. And if that's tricky to understand you can look for people writing reviews of how they use SNS to send sms at a large scale.
If you're already familiar with aws and sns and / or you're already using Amazon services and you a specific issue (like if you can't scale your activity as much you'd like) please give me as much details as possible about what you're doing, how and what issue you're facing exactly.
