The main question is what do you actually need? Do you need panel-like website or do you need algorithms and methods that add likes, comments, views and etc. The first scenario is easy and you can get your own panel using perfectpanel scripts in a couple of clicks or your own solution with the help of freelancers in ~2 weeks. The second scenario is hard : you need to find good providers of these services or develop your own algorithms (exchanger/clicker/other).
