Its very bad and paypal is even worst i remember once some guy purchased yahoo accounts from me from stolen credit cards around 2500$ and charge back came after a month i had no choice but to pay those from my own money..paypal supports sucks in every way possible

Actually, I don't think I can appeal actually. When I go to appeal I get only 2 options:
1) I'll provide tracking information
2) The buyer has already been refunded and I can provide proof of the previous refund
So I can't do neither. My point would be that the chargebacks were done as "Item not received," but the buyer basically said in his message that he did receive them.

Yeah but signing contracts, I mean, who would sign a contract. I guess, I'm not providing a service where contracts get signed.

I tried appealing, but Paypal won't let me. I tried Firefox and Chrome, and every time the same error:
"Let's try that again,
Looks like something went wrong on our end."
Maybe it's because my account is suspended. Meh..

That's a real shame dude. Not much you can do other than move on and offer as many other alternative payments as possible.
Scams and chargebacks are an unfortunate part of doing business and I find you can really only work to minimize them rather than eradicate them if you want to have a scalable business.
Work on generating other sources of income too if you can such as affiliate marketing. I had all my eggs in one basket years ago when AdSense was easy to rank and bank with and it all turned to shit literally overnight.

You know, chargebacks are not really a problem. The problem is worrying that I get a chargeback and my payment processor shuts me down, without a reason, without an ability to appeal, nothing. That's the problem.
Yeah, I don't have all my eggs in one basket. But most of my eggs are in one basket, and if that basket goes, I'm cut you know.

Paypal has customers and do has cuz they are easy to refund buyers and buyers trust them , so we as sellers are force to accept their rules.
I did quit, quite quite.... time ago due to paypal , ebay.. at the end big whales players and play their rules, thats why i am here i want my customers learn IM and do not depend on third party as much as posible.
Bit coin for me should be a winner ( digital currency ) maybe is still too early for that as scum still use it to stole money ( i have been there too as buyer using bitcoin ).
I suggest a platform where people buy with paypal credits for a thrid party app, store.. anything , lets say you sell music, videos , hours of work as upwork does.
So your customers must buy credit that goes to their ID, with that credit they can purchase services productys etc.
I think this could be a work arround, if they chargeback you say to paypal, hey look they have purchased credits, they still have credits in their account or they have used credits to purchase this product and give them a tracking number with absurd product with a hich ticket price, ofcourse this will be playing their game. They say we have not delivered digital products? we say they have purchased physical one and that they are lying and we offer a tracking number to paypal.
Or this way of idea set up a upwork profile and to the buyers that want paypal deliver them to your profile and use that patform as escrow, make small orders and once completed deliver another , and one buyer can not fuck you as they buy your work as service, one at a time.
Also i did suggest to paypal in many many phone calls that please, alert me of buyers that use to fill claims, i do not want that kind of buyers, for sure as you said, paypal allready knows this people and paypal is as guilty as this buyers, they charge you fees for a work they do not do and is protect sellers, i am sure you have more happy buyers than unhappy ones and paypal just do not care even we can see you are trustable.
Hope this ideas could be cooked and finish in a solution , let us know or any other reseller about how they do it.

In my experience the more "aggro" you give PayPay the higher the chance they will limit or close your account.
I'd refund instantly if my business relied on PayPal to take payments.
Treat them very carefully until you find alternative payment options.

Yes, most buyer's has been taking advantage of this to scam seller's.
Unfortunately, there is little or nothing the seller could do at this point. Appealing will not help in this issue.
He's having the total sum of $1,280 or more in this paypal account.
Why did'nt he move or withdraw this fund. Atleast, is better to abondon negative pp account as a result of dishonest dispute/charge back than to loose such an amount.
I guess most of these seller's donot understand the risk in which paypal, the seller's and in most cases the buyer's are taking by using this payment gateway.
A few of us get's nervous & restless until the associated fund to a specific trasaction are move once sale start's pumping in from ebay or from other source.
Well, i'm sorry for the seller.

I was going to refund actually, but the person raised each chargeback to a claim within 15 minutes after making them, and PP suspended my account 30 minutes later.

I responded to each chargeback, and PP refunded 5 of them and let me keep 1 (which is ridiculous actually, since they were all made under the same circumstances). So anyway, I kept $150 and lost $1,130.
I tried appealing the 5 chargebacks that were refunded, but every time I tried I hit an error page on Paypal. I assume because my account is suspended they won't let me appeal. Bastards.

These people that own those pages could be legit buyers, who happen to have bought through the guy you sold to.
It's not cool to out these pages, especially on a black hat forum.
That thread also had comments which broke forum rules about insulting race/religion, so I deleted it.

I disagree with what you did. Listing the pages gave me a chance to find out who this person is, his website etc. Some of the people that own those pages, or people that bought likes from the scammer for those pages could have reached out and told me who he is. Also those people would stop buying from that person, perhaps even do chargebacks on his Paypal account and cost him. It was beneficial for me to list those pages.
I didn't make any comments about race/religion.
Disagree or not, those details stay removed from public view.
It was not beneficial to innocent people for you to out their pages like that.
I never once said you made those comments, the person who did knows who it was, as they got a warning. Then someone else replied to him.

You should have contacted those page owners yourself, instead of trying to persuade BHW users to form your own little revenge army on a list of Facebook pages that you publicly out as having paid for likes. It's fine to be angry about something like this. Suck it up and move on like dozens of people told you to do in your rant thread last week.
