Site is blocked on Bing

Anyone had their site blocked by bing?

When checking URL that was indexed before:


When checking URL that is new to Bing:




Did a 301 to a new domain, and will wait to see if it ranks.

Bing does not index 301 domains.
Try to contact their support due to indexing, sometimes they can help.

Support sent a generic response to read the webmaster guidelines.

The site was blocked by the algo, because I had no recent visits from Microsoft Universal Human Relevance System.

Now I'm thinking if 301 will do anything or if the block will pass on.
