SilentFox's TheBestSpinner licenses gone bad

i had a gut feeling before i made the purchase that something is just not right, then my instincts told me i was right but i made the purchase anyway oh well. d*mn!!! what goes around comes around anyway, there is karma. lesson learned.

I don't know if TBS has anything to do with silentfox but they certainly should be aware of this situation by now. Why haven't we heard from them hear? What, don't they post on this forum?

While the software does seem very good at what it does. Truthfully I only used it twice in the month that it was working. That's not enough for me to subscribe again for $$$.

I'm calling it a $42 lesson learned.
 
I had also put a ticket on the TBS support the very same day, that was 4 days ago. I saw somone post the same issue and the mod asked to contact support.

Anyway, I never heard from them or SilentFox. What do you think SilentFox's gimmick was when he came online and requested everyone to stop disputing with paypal?
 
While you are having problems, look me up if you have some urgent spinning that needs to be done.

He's probably trying to drain his paypal funds, and the disputes are preventing it... :(

TIP for paypal: Mark as goods not received not item not as described as software is not covered. Say you paid for it and have not received a physical copy of the software and license.
There is a 45 day limit to file paypal disputes . In case the time is up you have a last option of filing a dispute with your credit card company( they have a time limit of 60 days). Remember to state that you have not received the software.

this most likely explains it, im such an IDIOT. im not sure how long its been but its been somewhere longer than 45 days. I also used PP funds and not a CC to buy. Fqd + Fqd = Fqd

He didn't even have a sales thread approved by mods, serves you people right for doing transactions without following the forum's rules.

dont know about the others but i got my $40 worth.
i paid someone $100 to do a fraction of the work my 40.00 did and my the quality was the same or better.
he didnt have a thread, he had a signature offering, like a lot of people do, right?

His funds remaining in his paypal account will be frozen with all the disputes, so he'll have no access to them in order to get the last of his ill gotten gains. Hence, there is still hope that some of you may receive some money back.
 
Well seeing as I also got f*cked by Silent Fox, I need to buy a legit copy of TBS as soon as possible because I got some spinning that needs to get done.

I noticed the discount was over, but does anyone here have an affiliate link I can buy through that wouldn't mind splitting the commission with me?

It looks like the commission is 50% which comes to about $42 so if you wanna just throw me half of it and you keep the other half that'd be cool.

I got screwed by this guy too, unfortunately. When I tried to put my dispute through yesterday PayPal wouldn't let me saying they couldn't reach the seller (or something similar), and my only option was to escalate to a claim. So we'll see how that goes.

Can we get this guy banned already? He still has plenty of glowing reviews and the offer in his sig, I wouldn't want anyone else to fall into his trap

Well, I tried my PayPal dispute. As soon as I entered my transaction ID, PP gives me this message with no other recourse:

We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly.

Apparently, they're on to this jackass now. No chance of a refund for me.

its really strange that tbs did't comment on the problem. Could evrybody go to http://www.askjonleger.com/ and fill up a ticket with tbs, I did so far no response.
Please let me know if they will get back too you. Maybe adleast we will find out the truth...
