Wrong again. LLC came before moving to San Diego as I just moved to San Diego. You don't need to live here.
I have setup a LLC and I'm not an American, so I think I have every reason to post this info, as those who are willing to put the work in, should find it useful.

2. I know because I've done it.
3. Yes you can open an LLC remotely (but not with the company you posted).
4. YOU HAVE TO BE THERE TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT. WITHOUT OPENING A BANK ACCOUNT YOUR LLC IS USELESS.

You might win the case, You might lose it, its always good giving a try, at the end of the day, if its unfair its Unfair, if the client is right you never gets to that point. communication is always the key.
Accepting money from Someone you don't know through GayPal is a bad idea,such situation usually ends up with limitations of any kind, next time just get paid by Crypto. there are no solutions.
At the end of the day, that's Visa & Master Card that decides those when they are escalated.
Fucking with them can give you bad background when you are registered on your own name.

Stripe Atlas allows anyone to open a US bank account without being within the US. If Stripe isn't available in your country, there are plenty of others who can use the same method to open an account on your behalf.

Shit like this is why I stopped selling shoutouts a long time ago. People insist on only using it but I hate PP with a passion. Most shoutout buyers try to haggle you down to pennies and then there's the constant risk of someone putting in a claim because some idiot Youtuber told them their shitty Shopify website should generate "thousands" of sales with a single shoutout, lol.
To be honest OP, I haven't heard of anyone winning against these kind of claims.
