I have big pages on all social networks and I want to advertize them. Atm I am promoting android apps with links and get paid for the downloads. I was thinking about buying a domain and redirect to make the link look more legit. Is this considered cloaking and should I do it? And any advice on how to do it?

yes for CPA and affiliate promotion Network are too Restricted now days , so you must have to use the cloaking. you can use the pretty link lite plugin to generate the natural looking url and it will redirect to your offer page..Also there is split testing option in that so if you want to test more than one offer its possible..

Are you using FB advertising ? if so, and if FB already approved your aff links, it's ok to use a 301 redirection from your domain to your aff link in your FB ad. However, FB will present the final destination url (aka your aff link) as the link of the ad.

I dont think you should cloak if your ads got approved using direct linking to your aff link

Cloaking covers your page so it is better to makes a use of it. Some of the social networking sites allows the feature of auto approval of the links & you will be redirected to your admin page safely.

FB affiliates the advertisement. So if FB approved you aff links, then no need for you to cloaking. Some of the social networks allows the feature.
