So today, I was proposed with an offer I am thinking about accepting.

I was offerd a fully set up blog with all of the content left on in for 50$. The blog is making 25$ A month through Adsense and will only get better.
Do you think I should take it?

I know it's not a lot of money, but I would be skeptical as to why someone would be selling it for so cheap. You'd be a sucker not to do it because you would be making your money back in 2 months.

Be cautious in what you buy, even with proof. I've heard of a lot of scams with sites like Flippa where people sell websites with adsense earnings but then once someone buys, the earnings disappear. You want a site with REAL organic consistent traffic. Someone could buy a bunch of traffic to boost their adsense earnings so they can make the site look like it's worth more.

Those could be fraud clicks for all we know. BUT I'm pretty sure with a $50 investment, you can make your own legit site that makes $25 a month :p

For such a price you don't really care about the current earnings but the potential ones. If it has lots of quality and unique content and/or some nice backlink profile go ahead and buy it and work on it. You can see if it is ranking for any keywords in semrush too.

When the other side of a transaction appears to be doing something that is quite insane or even just inane -- selling a $25 monthly stream of income for $50 -- he is generally not doing what he appears to be doing. I think most people would agree that there is something here that does not meet the eye. The $$$ are small enough that you should do as you please but, if you buy it, please report back so we can all learn something.

While it's possible you might get scammed, you might not. Just a matter of how much is $50 to you, if it's just a drop in the bucket, why not?

I once bought a site off of flippa for $1200. The guy made that in less than 2 months on adsense, and his organic se traffic was rising daily so i figured it was worth the risk. I ended up making 40-45 a day for 5 months before that google images update killed it dead. If i would of came in here asking, i would of got the same above replies, i'm sure. No risk, no reward, but only risk what you can afford to lose.

If you could spare the $50 you might as well. And even if it really doesn't make money and wasn't penalized or anything you still MIGHT get a completely done site with content which could be worth $50 alone.

$50 bye bye

No but seriously its only $50
you might aswell just check it out, if you can afford it...

Yes, they do own the site the sent me google Adsense report from sept1-oct1 and sure enough it was 25$

they have 27 of them up for sale and say all the traffic is 100% legit

So they have 27 sites each making $25?
It makes even less sense now.

How old is the site?
If the site is only 1 or 2 months old, then he is sending paid traffic or using click rings and the Adsense account will get banned or the traffic will disappear once it is sold.

That sounds fishy as heck... I'm sure you could create your own blog and make more than that with time!

I know it does sound fishy to me, but I personally just suck at making websites ect... That's why I was thinking about buying
