Thank you for all your responses; I’ll take your advice to heart, but I’m currently facing a different issue. I’ve already tested a few things, so now I’m going to buy some mobile proxies and see if that improves the situation. This is the situation I’m in, along with two of my friends.
New account/Aged account – If we have low engagement, the account performs flawlessly. But if the account gains high reach, it triggers a 180-day verification. This is the first time I’ve faced this situation in two years; I’ve never had such issues with Instagram before, and I have to relearn how to deal with this AI algorithm. It’s not even about proxies. I use different devices and act like a normal person. But the problem arises when people start watching my Reels. If I get, say, 100k views in a single day, there’s a 99% chance I’ll trigger a 180-day “account integrity” ban on the same day or the next :/
I’m trying to fight this, and I hope that by April I’ll be able to figure out how to work around Instagram again, because I had some great accounts for a year and didn’t have to create new ones.
A year or two ago, when I created a new account and it got 500k views on Reels the very next day, there wasn’t any problem. Nowadays, that kind of situation gets me instantly banned. Apparently, I have to be much more careful these days.
P.S. I guess Facebook/Instagram has switched to this AI tech, haha.
Back in the day on Facebook, there was no way I could create a new account, post anywhere in a group, get a few hundred likes, and not get banned—I had to use proxies and good aged accounts. A month ago, I created a new Facebook account, and right now I have 4,000 followers on my profile and 50 Reels—most of them get around 100–200k views. This just shows how weird and broken the whole system is. Back in the day, I used to get tons of 180-day verifications on Facebook for doing something like this. Now it feels like Instagram is the Facebook of two years ago!
I’m writing about these issues because maybe someone will find them interesting, is facing this problem, or has noticed it in themselves. Best regards
