Depending on the niche but from my experience, pure ai articles are not working very well.
Better approach is to edit them a little bit.

Start blogging in 2025 is good idea, but do not completely rely only on AI tools, because by using AI tools google might be easily penalize your sites. You can use AI tools and make your content more informative and factful. But always add your own edits.

You can go for it. But you need to generate content with user intent and should give human touch and do fact check. You can take help from AI for on page SEO.

Unless you have the budget to quickly build authority by buying relevant links, I wouldn't do that, it will require months or years of work until your start seeing some results (if you are going through the 100% manual and free path).

2025 is still a great time to start blogging AI can help a lot with content and SEO, but adding your unique voice is key. If budget allows, mixing DIY with pro help (for strategy or technical SEO) can speed things up!
I did an experiment, I got around daily 1K tier 1 traffic for 2 weeks from Google SERP. Then Google started deindexing my posts, and now new posts are just there but not in the index. So full-scale AI content doesn't work at all.Depending on the niche but from my experience, pure ai articles are not working very well.

Yeah you really should try with AI and many tools these days provide EAAT enabled content creation. I would also suggest you do deep keywords research and find low competition keywords long terms

AI can do nothing for off page seo. You have to hire some good service for this.
