Should I Send Traffic To...? (Funnel Question)

Option A builds trust with a free lead magnet, while Option B is more direct with a low-cost product. Testing both will help you find what works best.

Option A tends to convert better for most niches because the lead magnet builds trust before you present paid offers. When people opt in for something free, they’re already showing intent, and the follow-up sequence has more room to warm them up.

That said, the best setup ultimately depends on your traffic quality and the strength of your $27 offer. I’d test both. Sometimes a low-ticket front-end works great if the offer is tight and your ad cost is manageable.

Run small batches of traffic to each funnel and compare EPC, opt-in rate, and overall CAC. The data will tell you which direction is more profitable.

Hey all.

I have a lead magnet created, and also multiple paid products.

I'm wondering how I should structure my funnel.

Option A:

Paid ads -> Lead magnet opt-in page (free) -> email sequence with offers of $27 product, $67 product, and $97 product

Option B:

Paid ads -> $27 product sales page -> email sequence with offers of $67 product, and $97 product

I can't seem to find a clear answer about which of these set ups is better. Thanks
Both options can work, but it depends on your audience and goals.
