SHould i buy fb page from a guy over interner ?

Hello experts,

I m following bhw from some days now and learned alot from here by reading experts comments and great ideas.
So i think to post my first thread on which you guys can give me advise , ideas or any other usefull info.

I want to open an e-commerce selling website so i need a fb page for promoting it.One guy is selling me his fb page which has 4 million likes.I dont know him because i found him on internet.And i asked him that will i be able to change his page name into mine business site name then first he denied because he said page name is already changed so u cant change again , But after 1 week he messaged me again with the screen shot that name change option is again came and i can buy from him.But i dont know exactly the rules of fb nowadays.So i need help to clear this points.

- Will i be able to change page name after buy by any trick ?

- Should i buy a page from him , Because m thinking suppose if ill not be able to change page name, even then i can use this page for my website traffic ?

- How should i deal with him.May be he is scammer and after payment he will remove me from the page.

- And suppose he first give me his page and take money from me then is ther any method from which he can revert his page back to him and will remove me from the page ?

-What important things i should check/confirm after buy or before buy.

Get a freaking middleman if you're not sure of this. Use an escrow

Get added as admin and after that remove all other admins change accounts details to yours so he can't change.
The worse thing is he can report the page and be stolen by a hack experienced it really shitty thing.

Just my final tip if you are unsure don't buy it trust your gut.

I did not understand , added admin to whom ? He will add me as admin and after ill pay him can he remove me ?
Can he remove me by any method which should i considered first ?

After he will report , what he will say to fb and if u know what fb do in these cases ?

May i ask how much is the page ?
Its very costly more then $600.
